What You'll Do:

? Assemble mechanical, electrical, and medical device components

? Read basic blueprints, work instructions, and production documents

? Use hand tools and power tools safely

? Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

? Perform picking, packing, labeling, and kitting tasks

? Maintain accurate production records and paperwork

? Work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

? Assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

? Ability to use basic measurements and hand tools

? Strong attention to detail and quality

? Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

? Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
